Nan Ya Building Materials Factory

Founded in 1958, Nan Ya Plastics Corporation encompasses four industry— Plastic Processing, Petrochemical Raw Materials, Electronic Materials, and Polyester Fibers. Then, Nan Ya building materials factory has been maintaining and boosting its equipment, personnel safety, and product quality since 1988. Moreover, the manufacturing processes, including mixing of raw materials and plastic extrusion machines, are brought into Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Artificial intelligence (AI) in order to ensure and enhance product quality.

Nan Ya building materials factory has replaced lead with tin since 1993 and started to manufacture PVC foam sheet (Deluxe Vinyl Sheet) since 1996 and plastic piling since 2011. In 2020, co-extruded PVC foam sheet was successfully developed. Nowadays, we continue to improve production capacity, formula, and manufacturing process for our products, which are accredited by ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS-18000 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 18000), and TAF (certification year: 2019). Furthermore, we establish smart factory with “Industry 4.0” and reinforce manufacturing capability and R&D to provide our clients with top-class products and service.
